Does Free work with every service?

Yes, with all 8. Free saves 10 chats, counted across all services together, not 10 for each. Saving a chat you have open, with the Save button or Alt+Shift+SOption+Shift+S, counts toward them too.

What counts toward the 10 chats?

Every chat Free saves, from any service. A chat counts the first time it’s saved: by a sync (the first ones save your latest chats), the Save button on a chat page, saving when you leave a chat, or an import. Once a chat is one of your 10, it stays up to date for good. When all 10 are used, Free saves no new chats, and files of other chats you already have stay as they are. To save more, there’s Pro.

Can I import my data export on Free?

Yes, until your 10 free chats are used, with their pictures and files. Pro imports every chat in it at once, from ChatGPT’s ZIP to Gemini’s Takeout. Chats you saved before are updated in place, never doubled.

Do Notion, Google Drive and GitHub cost extra?

No, they work on Free and on Pro. They get the chats you have saved: on Free, your 10 free chats; on Pro, all of them.

How do I buy Pro?

Inside the extension. Open it, click Get Pro, sign in with Google or your email, and pay on Stripe’s checkout page. Pro turns on by itself a few seconds later, and your older chats start saving.

What happens to my files if I stop paying?

They stay. Every file is plain Markdown on your disk. The extension goes back to Free and keeps 10 chats up to date.

Can I cancel the monthly plan?

Yes, anytime, from Settings → Account and plan → Manage subscription in the extension. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for.

Can I use Pro on another computer?

Yes. Pro belongs to your account, not to one browser. Sign in on the other computer and it is there.

Is lifetime really lifetime?

Yes. One payment, no renewals, and Pro features added later are included.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are not refundable as a rule, which is why Free has everything except the Pro extras: try it first. If something went wrong, write to contact@shimanski.dev and we will sort it out.

Which payment methods can I use?

Cards and the wallets Stripe offers in your country, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see your card details.
